She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hofacker and Lillian Russell Hofacker; her husband Gary Kingsley; and her siblings, Chauncey Hofacker, Linda Kreuger and Kathryn Klassen.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Conner (Sean), Catherine Piekos (Edward) and Jean Ramsey (Gary Huang); her grandchildren, Kimberlee Peña (Mario), Avery Piekos, Asher Piekos and Amelia Huang; and her sister Marilyn England. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
