He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Lynn; and his sisters, Shirley Bowser and Sharon Wilson. He is survived by: his parent Agnes May Kennedy Bowser; his brother Russell Bowser, Sr. (Beverly) of Fawn Twp; his nieces and nephews, Richard Boswer Jr. (Diane) of Natrona Heights, Russel Bowser, Jr., Jessica Pecman, Jr. (John) of Fawn Twp, Alicia Slahtovsky (Sethe) of Natrona Heights, Jill Bowser of Tarentum and Kimberly Bowser of Spokane, WA.; his pets, Tramp and Terpo; his brothers, Raymond Bowser Sr. and Clell Bowser; his niece Carol Bowser Havrilesko; and his nephew Raymond Boswer, Jr..
