It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Seelbaugh (Emlenton, Pennsylvania), born in Eau Claire, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald O. Seelbaugh and Eva Jean Whitmer Seelbaugh; and his brother Donald E. Seelbaugh. He is survived by: his siblings, David Seelbaugh of Parker, Shirley Fockler of Grove City and Marian McGinnis (John) of New Cumberland, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
