He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorr A. Johnson and Catherine E. Dittman Johnson; his brother Terry Johnson Cooney; and his brother-in-law Jerry Patterson. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica O'Neil (Wink) and Catherine Johnson (Jason); his grandchildren, Taylor, Shelby Carbaugh, Kylie, Rion "Buddy" and Deegan Johnson; his sisters, Robin Wingard and Penny Patterson Haynoski; and his close friend Fred Wingard (Gail). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
