She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood N. Shank and Addie Lane Hite Shank; and her sister Jean Fuller. She is survived by: her husband High Youth; her grandchildren, Shawn, Michael, Jennifer, Brian, Kevin and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Kyle, Anabelle, Cameron, Grant, Jane, Reid, Rebecca Annalise, Adaline and Ezra; and her sister Phyllis (Conrad Faust) of Chesapeake, VA..

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Maxine's memory to the Benevolent Care Fund at Calvary Homes.
