Joan E. Bell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan E. Bell of Eldred, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 3, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Moyer and Marge Moyer; her husband Edward D. Bell Jr.; her son Christopher Bell; and her brothers, Bob, Roger, Donny, Phil and Larry Moyer.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Bell (Janet) of Portville, NY, Scott Bell (Colleen) of Prentisvale and Terri Ogilvie (Mike) of Duke Center. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Otto Township Ambulance or the Eldred United Methodist Church.
