He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Ball. He is survived by: his spouse Gail M. Jandrew; his granddaughters, Jordan, Alexandra Brabon and Lillian Cummings; and his brother Allan Cummings (Julia) of Beavercreek, Ohio.
