She was predeceased by: her parents, Lottie Gertrude Yale Bennett and Henry John Bennett; her former husband Win Sidelinger; and her daughters, Lucie Dickerson and Joni Sidelinger.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Cook of Shinglehouse, PA; her children, Lottie Whitesell (Tom) of Shinglehouse and John Sidelinger of Shinglehouse; and her son-in-law Clarence "Butch" Dickerson of Shinglehouse. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
