It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine E. Aitken of Effort, Pennsylvania, born in Central Islip, New York, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Trentacoste and Bertha Trentacoste (Heitmann); her husband David S. Aitken Jr.; and her brother Ricky Trentacoste. She is survived by: her son Daniel Aitken of Effort; her siblings, Elizabeth Zajicek (Richard) of Long Island, NY and William Trentacoste of Arkansas; and her nephew Kevin Coffey (Elizabeth) of New York.
