Barbara P. Jewell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara P. Jewell (Edinboro, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Peterson and Margaret A. Peterson; her husband Wallace F. Jewell; and her brother Charles R. Peterson. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Jewell (Sandee) of Frederick, MD and Michael Jewell (Kimberly) of Meadville; her grandchildren, Emilee Richardson (Claude) of Olympia, WA and Bridgette Jewell (Dustin Deitman); her great grandchildren, Ryan Jewell (Leah) of Pittsburgh, Penelope, Parker, Eliza, Alexandra and Mason; her sister Peggy Schall (William) of Long Island, NY; and her sister-in-law Patricia Peterson of Derrick City, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Crawford County, Edinboro United Methodist Church, Kiwanis Club of Edinboro, or a charity of choice.
