He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Richard Parker (Patricia), Charles A. Parker (Holly) and Bruce P. Parker (Donna); his sister Patricia Parker; and his stepson Thomas E. Heverling (Tina). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
