He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Picone and Mabel Gans Picone; and his significant other Carol Ann Schafer Picone. He is survived by: his children, Rick Picone (Judy Geschardt), Cathy Krewson (Keith), Tom Picone (Mirka) and Jenn Yankowy (Dave); his stepsons, Kevin M. Correll and Kraig J. Correll (Kathy); and his sister Connie Ronca (Richard Kassler). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and nieces.
