He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis H. Folkner and Jennie Silverthorn (Schweikert); his great grandchild Kamill; and his siblings, Sandy, Joyce, Ronnie, Bill and Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Folkner (Davis); his children, Larry D. Folkner of Easton, Jeffrey Folkner (Tina) of Easton, Richard Folkner of Easton, Dianna Miller (Sam) of Easton and Tonya Miller (Charles) of Pen Argyl; and his brother Russell Shupe of Anaheim, CA.. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family to help offset the funeral and burial costs.
