She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Pitela and Yustyna Pitela (Turszmanowicz); her husband Herbert N. LaFever; her son Jack H. LaFever; and her siblings, Anna Brockett and Stephen Pitela.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill Moulthrop (Mark) of Lehighton, PA; her granddaughters, Lori Hontz (Matthew) and Julie Kelchner (Chris); and her stepgranddaughter Vanessa Berger (Shawn). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and 2 step- great-grandchildren.
