He is survived by: his wife Anne Richardson Toohey; his son Michael Toohey (Karen); his grandchildren, Devin Toohey and Katherine Toohey (Katie); his children, John Toohey (Clare) and Mary Beth Cavanaugh (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Erin Cavanaugh and Margaret Cavanaugh (Meg).
