He was predeceased by: his father Thomas A. Brien; his wife Dana Brien (Jerrett); his daughter Mary Frances Brien; and his siblings, Mary Larner, Noelle Farewel, John Brien, Jane Stanyer and Ellen Brien.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Vaughan and Michael (Noreen); his child Dr. Thomas A. (Yvonne); his siblings, Peter (Betty), Sue (John) and Patti; his grandson Jeffrey; his children, Julian, Christopher John, Ellen (John), Daniel, Katie, Emily, Remy (Katelyn) and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Elora and Rosalie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
