He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Smeltz and Arlene E. Smeltz (Heim); and his siblings, Linda Milazzo and John A. Smeltz. He is survived by: his children, Arlene Pugh (Dale) of Kunkletown, Margaret Tyree (David) of East Stroudsburg and Larry Smeltz Jr. of Effort; and his stepdaughters, Bonnie Wollyung of Florida, Sharon Scerbo (Nick) of Saylorsburg and Kelly Harvey (Michael) of North Carolina. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; and his caregivers.
