She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert W. Smith; and her siblings, Hank, Kathryn, Raymond, George, Mildred, Donald and Gloria.
She is survived by: her children, Harriet Dymond (Doug) of East Stroudsburg, Mary Ann Metzgar (Don) of East Stroudsburg and Gary Smith, Sr. (Maureen) of East Stroudsburg; and her grandchildren, Randy Burch (Joyce), Megen Humbert (Zach), Kerry Safin (Jim), Dean Metzgar (Kim), Deborah Smith, Gary Smith, Jr. (Erica), Kristin Smith (Dez) and Don Safin. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
