He was predeceased by: his wife Matilda Miguel; and his daughter Jennifer Miguel. He is survived by: his children, Donald Miguel Jr. of East Stroudsburg, PA, Janet Jones of Pompton Plains and Diane Metzler (Donald Metzler) of Pompton Plains; and his grandchildren, Evan Meyer (Darya Terracina) of Duluth, GA, Steven Jones of Pompton Plains, Reese, Ryan Metzler of Pompton Plains, Elizabeth and Julianna Handibode of Selden, NY..

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Donald's favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, a charity he gave to monthly for decades.
