She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Russo and Frances Russo (Giammona); and her brothers, Frank Russo of Long Island, NY and Peter Russo of Long Island, NY.. She is survived by: her husband Timothy J. Fitzgerald; her children, Timothy (Maura Fitzgerald), MaryFrances Fitzgerald of Stroudsburg, PA, Edward (Susan Fitzgerald), Regina (John Hatton), Theresa (Wallace Mailloux) and Antoinette Fitzgerald of East Stroudsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Meagan, Jennifer, Sierramarie, Timothy, Alanna, Samantha, Alissa, Nicholas, Grace and Brigid.

In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to the Covenant House in Brooklyn, NY or the American Cancer Society.
