He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hull and Mary Johanna Hull (Butcher). He is survived by: his wife Joann Hull (Platt); and his daughters, Cindy Hull (Tammy), Tammy Grant (Bob) and Roberta Bidwell (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews surviving and three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
