She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Dana and Thora Dana; her siblings, Cloyed Dana and Caroline Shady; and her husband Melvin Case.
She is survived by: her children, Eugene Case of West Springfield, Jennefer Cornwell (Jim) of Erie and Julye Bush (Doug) of Chenango Forks, NY.; her siblings-in-law, Andrew Shady and Jeannette Dana; and her grandchildren, Alex, Madelyne Bush, Benjamin and Olivia Cornwell.
Phyliss died of complications related to COVID-19.
