He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hetrick and Mabel Hetrick (Burket); his wife Esther F. Glass; and his sisters, Ruth Jean and Mary Ellen Hetrick.
He is survived by: his son Thomas C. Hetrick (Rhelda) of East Freedom; his granddaughter Jennifer Smith (Michael) of Duncansville; and his great grandchildren, Avery and Addison Smith.
