She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark C. Smith and Anna R. Smith (Miller); her husband Ronald A. Seybert; her daughter Mary Anne Shay; and her siblings, Charles Smith, Norton Smith and Helen Smith Greer.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Miller (Ted) of Cowansville, PA, Susan Schneider of Venetia, PA, Martha Wolff (John) of Farragut, TN, Anna Sallade (John) of Wyomissing, PA, Rita Davis (Bill) of Austin, TX, Jane Seybert DiGiammarino of Rimersburg, PA, Amy Herman (Jon) of Titusville, PA, Tricia Winklosky (Devin) of Gibsonia, PA., Andrew Seybert (Karen) of Sugarcreek Twp, Thomas Seybert (Christine) of Dallas, PA, Joseph Seybert of Bridgeport, WV, John Seybert (Mary Anne) of Cowansville, PA, Ronald Seybert (Jill) of State College, PA and James Seybert (Kathi) of Charlotte, NC.; her sister Doris Anne Smith Montore; and her son-in-law Morris Shay (Beanie). She is also survived by 47 grandchildren; 75 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
