He was predeceased by: his father Kermit L. Bartoe. He is survived by: his mother Helen K. Bartoe (Andreassi) of Bradys Bend; and his siblings, Linda Smith of Kittanning, Kermit Bartoe (Amy) of Erie, Timothy Bartoe (Ann) of Vandergrift, Vincent Bartoe (Michelle) of East Brady and Neil Bartoe of Bradys Bend.
