She is survived by: her husband Kenneth J. Streilein; her daughters, Kandie Berman and Heather Brooks; her grandchildren, Briana Petroccione and Jett Lathrop; her brother Gregory Fornbacher; her aunt Cleeda Brennan; her sister-in-law Cathy Fornbacher; and her cousin Bob Kutz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
