Otto of Duncansville, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Klyne Wilt and Mary Wilt (Kirkham); her sister Joyce Wilt; her son Brian Price; her grandson J. W. Price V; and her great grandchild Bailey Price.
She is survived by: her spouse Terry W. Otto; her children, Yvonne Haire (Ken) and John W. Price IV (Stephanie); her daughter-in-law Janee Price; her stepsons, Scott Otto (Christina) and Doug Otto (Sara); her sister Mary Kathryn Reffner; and her cousin Naomi "Sis" Kirkham. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
