She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Gates and Sarah Gates (Mauk); her former husband David Henderson; her husband James Mullen; her children, Linda Rahm and Donald Henderson; her grandson Eric Henderson; and her great grandchild Love Hart Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Sally Peck of Duncansville, Debbie Smolen (Dennis) of Butler, Galen Henderson (Tina) of Bedford and Lisa Tapager (Doug) of Butler; and her sister-in-law Beverly Dibert of Hollidaysburg. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
