He was predeceased by: his parents, Brice D. Hoover and Minnie V. Hoover (Helsel); and his siblings, Alma, William and Edwin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Telesco (Richard) and Beth Snyder (Mike); and his brother Wayne. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
