She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Evans and Janice Evans (Gosnell); her husband Richard Mumma; and her grandparents, Paul, Ivy Gosnell, Edward and Margaret Evans.

She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Lepperd (Matthew); her siblings, Ronald Evans Jr., Bonnie Burkey (Steve) and Karen Marencic (Ken); her aunt Darlene Russell; and her grandchildren, Dalton, Carly Lepperd and Lager.
