He is survived by: his children, Wayne Hoot and Cathy Hoot; his sister-in-law Betty Hoot; and his nieces and nephews, Lori Cox, Kris Hoot, Brenda Hoot, James Jacobs, Nancy Jacobs, Cindy Hogg and Russ Hogg.
