It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Siobhan Duffy Gaffney (Downingtown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers, the fund from this campaign will help our family provide the resources necessary to keep Siobhan's memory alive, and, most importantly, be used to support the future of her 3 year old son, Hunter.
