It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby J. Gardner (Downingtown, Pennsylvania), born in Mountain City, Tennessee, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Ray A. Gardner; and her parent Tyler B. Phillips. She is survived by: her parent Anna Mae Dyson Phillips; her children, Ruby J. Marcocelli of Pittsburgh, Linda M. Clavier (Eric) of Palmyra, Kenneth R. Watrous, Jr. (Angel) of Coatesville and Mildred I. Marcocelli (Mike) of Coatesville; and her siblings, Roby Phillips, Ruth Mains, Walter, Irene, Robert, James "Eddie", Jerry Phillips and Randy Phillips. She is also survived by grandchildren and five rambunctious great-grandchildren.
