He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell J. Hall and Muriel R. Smith; and his brother James Hall. He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie; his children, Amanda and Kari; his sisters, Joyce DuVall and Barbara Rotondo; his sister-in-law Candye Ronchetti; and his husband Lloyd Ronchetti. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
