She is survived by: her parent Anna Belle Smith (Kuhn); her son Emmert E. Hartzell, Jr.; her wife Patty of New Oxford; her daughter Luanne M. Megonnell (Jeff) of New Oxford; her grandsons, Travis D. Megonnell of Lewisberry and Dustin W. Hartzell of Downingtown; her great grandchild Hailey L. Hartzell of Downingtown; and her siblings, Henry Smith, John Smith, Janet Wineberg of New Oxford, Rita Keplinger of Irishtown and Martha Anderson of Biglerville.
