She was predeceased by: her parent James Early; her spouse David P. Howe; and her children, David W. Howe and Gregory J.. She is survived by: her parent Frances Early; her children, Regina Anne Beirne (Dan), Barbara M. Moran (Mike), Nancy F. Howe and Larry C. Howe; and her sibling Betty Jane Barr (late George). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
