It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dina M. Pollini (Downingtown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 2, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Anthony Pollini; her parent Rosario Formica; her son Joseph Pollini; and her siblings, Joseph Formica, Anthony Formica and Rose Gordon.
She is survived by: her parent Agata Casella Formica; her daughters, Aggie Butler (John Patrick), Dina Stern (William) and Josephine Johnson (David); her brother Sam Formica (Linda); her sisters-in-law, Rose Formica and Martha Manizzi; and her grandchildren, Anna Marie, Ian, William, Patrick, Antonia, Christina, David, Alexandra and Erica.
