He was predeceased by: his father Raymond E. Harlacher. He is survived by: his mother Arlene R. Harlacher (Floyd); and his siblings, Melissa A. Graser (David) of Dallastown, Thomas R. Harlacher of Red Lion and Todd A. Harlacher (Susan) of Abingdon, MD. He is also survived by eight nephews, two nieces and many loving extended family, church family and friends.
