She was predeceased by: her husband Charles B Hughes; her parents, John Lohrmann and Anne Lohrmann (Krause); her sister Margaret; her son-in-law Richard Newman; and her grandson Christopher.
She is survived by: her close friend James Shaffer; her children, Charles B. Hughes (Dawn), Michael Hughes and Jacqueline Newman; her grandchildren, Holly (James), Christina, Richard, April and Brittany (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Cole, Kendal, Colton, Makenzie, Mason, Austin, Aubrey, Rylee, Kason, Chase and Owen; and her brother James Lohrmann (Patsy Lomann). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
