He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Manges and Gladys Manges (Wertz); and his brother Walter Manges. He is survived by: his sons, Kirk (Lisa) and Eric (Mary); his siblings, Stanley (Joan Manges) of Breezewood and Ruth Hoyt of Myersville, MD.; and his granddaughters, Rebecca, Olivia and Rachel.
