Oxenford Sr.; her mother Anna Arline Kerstetter Scharneck (Mentzer); her children, David Oxenford Jr. (Jamie), Lauren Oxenford and Jacob Oxenford (Morgan); her grandchildren, Quinn, Everett, Olivia and Jaxson; and her siblings, Debra Kerr (Michael) and Matthew Kerstetter (Annette).
