He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Boggs and Helen Boggs (Krugh); and his sister Ruth Anne. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean, S. C., James S. Boggs (Judith DeMent) and Charles Francis Boggs; his nieces and nephews, Christine Marie Razler (Thomas) and Jean Elizabeth Boggs; his great-nephew Joshua; and his great-niece Madeline Razler. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
