He was predeceased by: his father Alan Ray Gates. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Elizabeth Lewis; his daughters, Elizabeth and Amelia Gates; his siblings, Michael Gates, Tammy Brinkley and Deb Donadee; and his pet Bernie. He is also survived by friends and family.
