He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert S. Walters and Ada E. Walters (Bollinger); and his siblings, Abner, Ruth, Elva, Vera, Anna, Cora, Etta and Myra.
He is survived by: his wife Edith (Petticoffer); and his children, David (Nancy Walters), Daniel Walters, Darryl (Rebecca Walters), Duane (Alice Walters), Dwight Walters and Dianne Walters (John Knaub). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
