He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover J. Brown Sr. and Bessie Maude Brown (Hill); and his siblings, Lillian, Sarah, Ellen, Donald Sr., Richard, Carl, Edward, Grover Jr., Lawrence, Joseph, Kenneth and George.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Brown (Hoshour); his children, Pamela J. Patrick and Timothy K. Brown; his grandchildren, Derrick J. Good and Kristen N. Brown; and his great grandchildren, Riley and Declan.
