He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Halligan and Ethel Halligan (Martin) of Farmersville, PA.; his brother Warren Halligan; and his grandson Mattison Halligan. He is survived by: his wife Donna Halligan (Gehman); his children, Matthew (Tara), Noel (Douglas Fagan) and Amy (Curtis Good); his grandchildren, Matthew Good, Sean Fagan and Makenzi Halligan; and his siblings, Ray Halligan, Elma Diem, Marie Hertzog, Lorraine Kofroth, Marilyn Mull, Rhoda Martin, Elaine Hibshman and Rheta Sensenig.
