He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Mumma and Ella Mumma (Witman); his former wife Julia A. Mumma (Royer); his son Russell Mumma; and his brothers, Richard, Kenneth, Ronald and Reuben.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mumma (Weaver); his grandchildren, Lori, Amanda, Austin and Samantha; and his great grandchild Ashley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
