She was predeceased by: her parent Raymond Hackman; her spouse Jim Meekins; and her siblings, Robert Hackman, Joyce Henrich and Glenn Hackman.
She is survived by: her parent Mabel Spayde Hackman; her children, Tony Doyle (Kathy Weaver) of Landisville, Terry Doyle of Manheim, Jody Breaud of Florida and John Randler of Denver; and her siblings, James Hackman of Manheim and Betty Slaughter of Lititz.
