He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Harry Tobias and Katherine Tobias (Warren). He is survived by: his daughter Carlene K. (Ronald Kerschner) of Stevens; his grandson David C. (Angela Kerschner) of Manheim; his sister Karen L. (Glenn Peiffer) of Palmyra; his niece Kristen Cote; and his nephew Brent Peiffer.
