He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman H. Eberly and Mary Helen Eberly (Derr); and his siblings, Herman H. Eberly, Jr., Rose M. Eberly and Sterling Eberly.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott and Robert Eberly; his siblings, June Hartman, Anna (Earl Yelk), Jeanie (Terry Johnson), Jennie (Eli Horst, Jr.), Richard Eberly, Linda Conard, Faye (Barry Hummel), Esty Burkey, Lisa (Karl Maestle) and Brenda (Ron Elliot); and his close friend Paula Philes. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
